Q: How to create a WordPress site from a manual backup in aaPanel?
Hi, I am currently evaluating aaPanel. I have a WordPress website on other VPS. I have manually taken files and database backups. Now I want to host this website on aaPanel server. I have noticed that the built-in "Create from Backup" option only supports backups created using aaPanel, cPanel, or Plesk. Since my backup is manually created, I can't create a website through backup in aaPanel.
Workaround: 1- Add WordPress → Create Site 2- Drop all tables from the newly created database and import the database backup 3- Delete the default site files and upload the backup files using the File Manager 4- Update the wp-config.php file with the correct database details and table_prefix
I'm encountering errors with this approach, and the site isn't opening. Please let me know how to create a WordPress site from a manual backup. Thanks
Hello, I'm a fan of aaPanel and considering a purchase, but I'm having an issue. I installed two WordPress sites: domainA.com and domainB.com. When I try to visit domainA.com, it redirects to domainB.com. Even after the removal of domainB, the redirection continues, directing users to domainC.com, which is associated with the websites. Could you assist me in understanding the reasons for this issue and the steps to resolve it? Is it necessary for me to reinstall the operating system and aaPanel?
Thank you for choosing aaPanel and for reaching out to us.

Hi, I want to use aaPanel for email marketing, Can I use my own SMTP configuration to send emails? In that case, are we still limited to 1,20,000 emails?
I want to use the aaPanel and BillionMail for UI, but use third party SMTP like SendGrid or EmailIT for email marketing through aaPanel
A: The '30 accounts' refers to the account feature limit in your plan.
Please note that one license can only be activated on one server at a time. However, you may contact our support team anytime to unbind your license from the current server, after which you can freely bind it to a new server.
Feel free to reach out if you need assistance with the license transfer process.
I would like guidance on how to install WordPress Multisite using the WordPress Toolkit, as this option seems to be unavailable. Please let me know if I'm overlooking something.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, our WordPress Toolkit does not support deploying or managing Multisite installations in this version. We're actively working to add this functionality in future updates. For now, you may need to configure Multisite manually via WordPress core files. Let us know if you need guidance on the manual process.

May 30, 2025A: I think you might need an SMTP relay. It is already implemented in aaPanel, so this feature could help you.

So, if we use SMTP Relay, are we still limited to 1,20,000 emails per month from aaPanel license.
I will be having more limits from the SMTP Provider.
Please update your aaPanel to latest release, we cancelled email sent limits in newest aaPanel releases.
Thats Great news, Thanks @Jose_aaPanel
Q: What is meant by 30 accounts? How many servers can be used?
Please share how many servers can be used, also is the license detachable, if yes how many times?
