FYI,
1. your website does not have contact us page?
2. email address mentioned on your website info AT Abralytics dot com is returning, and does not exist. Any email sent to that id is returning.
3. Also, email id mentioned on your website, is linking to your website, instead of linking to mailto
Please take note of above points.
Anyway, I want to know, is it possible to track google ads campaign performance on your website. if yes, how?

As long as you use UTMs, you will see the data in the "source" and "campaign" table
