We did receive your support request and responded promptly via email to let you know that we were aware of the issue and would take care of it. Unfortunately, rather than giving us time to resolve it, you chose to leave a negative review before we had the chance to follow up.

While I strive to be responsive, I’m not available 24/7, and like many small businesses, we do not offer weekend or after-hours support. This is a standard practice for most companies, especially in early-stage SaaS, and it’s not a sign of incompetence, but of setting sustainable expectations.

We’re absolutely here to help and are happy to resolve any issue you’re experiencing. But it’s disappointing to see a harsh review posted before the product has even been used, especially when we were already in the process of helping you.
