The platform's white-label experience and the ability to run multiple academies with their own set of courses are highly praised. The support team's responsiveness and the continuous improvements and additions to the platform are also well-received. Good concept and functionality, but somewhat buggy

I would give it 5 tacos for design and functionality, but we are still experiencing some operational concerns and bugs.
First of all, in terms of operation, we have experienced server errors (500 Error) for more than a day, contact search does not work properly, and JSON code is displayed as it is when the page is left open.

At the moment it is 3 tacos.
We will change it to 5 tacos when the bug is fixed.

Since I started using the site, I have had two 500 Server Errors and the second error is still occurring.
Customers have complained about this and I feel that this company has a lax management system.
I have signed up for two Tier 5's and will likely have to refund my money within 60 days.

It is very disappointing because the UI is quite good.
I will be changing my tacos to one.

Limited Course Organization – Not Suitable for Large Academies

I've been using Acadle for a while now, and while the platform has some useful features, there is a major limitation that makes it very frustrating to use: you cannot create folders within folders.

For any serious academy or course creator with a large amount of content, this is a dealbreaker. The system lets you attempt to organize content in multiple levels but then doesn’t save your changes, leading to constant disorganization. After weeks of back-and-forth with support, I was told that Acadle only supports a two-level structure—which is simply not enough for proper course classification.

Most modern LMS platforms allow deeper folder structures, so it’s disappointing that Acadle doesn’t. If you plan to create anything beyond a basic course layout, this limitation will be a major headache.

✅ Pros: Basic course setup works fine, and support is responsive.
❌ Cons: No deep folder structure, leading to messy course organization.

I would love to see this feature added in the future, but for now, if you need a well-structured, scalable LMS, Acadle is not the best choice.

It does not even deserve 1 star!

-The course builder is a bare-bones, poorly designed mess. No way to design and create courses that can see out. The developer clearly didn't consider user experience or functionality. It's frustratingly limited and lacks essential features.

-The interface is cluttered and confusing. It's a nightmare to navigate, especially for someone trying to create professional-looking courses.

-The full white-label option is ridiculously overpriced. Removing the "powered by" text shouldn't cost a fortune.

-Brandling is a headache. It's impossible to accurately replicate your brand's design.

-The support team is unprofessional and aggressive. They lack basic communication skills and customer respect.

-Basic features like customizable certifications require additional coding. This is absurd and a major inconvenience.

-The pricing is exorbitant. It's way too expensive for the limited functionality and poor user experience.

-the concept of this deal if you want feature X then by another 2-3 codes.

-There are far better options available for a fraction of the cost.

Overall, this app is a complete waste of money. It's poorly designed, impossible to create professional course, and offers terrible support. It doesn't deserve even a single star.

Not recommended as an LTD or as a subscription. Any alternative on AppSumo is better than this scrap.

Does exactly what is expected

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried there would some important features missing or bugs happening, but no. Not at all. The platform has up to this point been quite simple, robust, and does exactly what's intended to do. I purchased it for employee training, and I'm pretty happy with it. Appsumo is a tough crowd. This is a great deal :)
