Q: Does your team answer support email questions?
I've written support three times in 12 days and have gotten no response. Today, I read all the one-star reviews about nonexistent support and deliverability issues and then swiftly refunded. The big question here is: Why does AppSumo partner with companies with major issues?

Interesting, I was going to purchase this today but with all the comments on no response to support and when "Alicia" responds on here it's a blanket response for every question or concern, I appreciate you posting this saved me the headache. (Sorry about your experience) thanks again
