Q: Tier 3 vs Tier 4
Solo vs team.
1. 25 users are Tier 3 solo. 50 users Tier 4., What's the difference since both have many users?
2. Can Tier 3 invite clients and/or team members to utilize themselves?
3. Are there private workspaces for clients if they can use the tool themselves if we assign them one?
4. Do they need to create an account or I send them an invite link to that workspace?

Answers below!

The main difference is the number of sub-users, the number of credits (for AI and Research) and access to the Growth Club.
2. Can Tier 3 invite clients and/or team members to utilize themselves?
Yes they can. Typically this is for people within your team, not clients. Because the credits pull from a shared pool. So you wouldn't want to have some random person use a disproportionate amount of them.
3. Are there private workspaces for clients if they can use the tool themselves if we assign them one?
The sub users are totally independent logins and clean. However, see the point #2 to ensure you only give sub-user access to people who are in your team or you trust.
4. Do they need to create an account or I send them an invite link to that workspace?
You send them an invite from the sub-users section.
I hope that helps!
