I initially encountered issues with the AppSumo license activation for this product. After reaching out to the support team, they informed me of the solutions. Today, I attempted to activate the product again, and it worked quite well. It seems they have resolved the issue.

The main appeal of this deal to me is the value for money and the themes included in the packages. The $39 price and at least 10 themes are very attractive, and having a lifetime deal is always a bonus.

I hope they continue to develop and improve the product so that users like me can utilize it for our projects.

I recently purchased the aDirectory WordPress plugin, but I've been unable to register or activate it due to persistent issues with the registration process. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team through their official channels, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is disappointing and has left me unable to utilize the plugin I paid for.

I hope the aDirectory team addresses these registration problems and improves their customer support responsiveness to assist users facing similar challenges.

I don't want to be unfair to the developers because as a developer, I can see the hard work that was put into getting a working version of the plugin going - there's thousands of lines of code here so again I acknowledge a lot of effort was made here.

The challenges with this plugin is really due to the scope by which I wanted to use the plugin. Out of the box using the plugins and themes developed - you should be able to get a basic directory going with a small (but noticeable learning curve) in terms of what is required to set up the directory.
The challenge was I want something that works with builders either by more detailed shortcodes, more customized field outputs that will work with the builders etc and this just didn't seem to have enough of those background functions to make it work well enough for me.

I think with a few years of development this plugin could be something amazing but again that's the hard part when you want to use it for something super great and need it today.

Despite the initial hiccups, aDirectory has proven to be an excellent tool, particularly for those in the directory industry. Its functionality, support, and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment. I’m delighted with the service and would recommend it to others seeking robust directory solutions.

The themes boast a modern design and layout, which is a significant plus. However, the backend experience falls short, with customization proving to be a time-consuming and frustrating process. This lack of polish makes the theme and plugins feel unfinished, giving the impression that customers are essentially beta testers rather than recipients of a refined product. Despite these issues, I have managed to make the necessary changes using AI tools, so I won't be seeking a refund. Nevertheless, I would caution that users without extensive HTML and CSS experience, who also enjoy customizing their sites, may find this experience particularly challenging.
