Potential but needs a lot of development
I don't want to be unfair to the developers because as a developer, I can see the hard work that was put into getting a working version of the plugin going - there's thousands of lines of code here so again I acknowledge a lot of effort was made here.
The challenges with this plugin is really due to the scope by which I wanted to use the plugin. Out of the box using the plugins and themes developed - you should be able to get a basic directory going with a small (but noticeable learning curve) in terms of what is required to set up the directory.
The challenge was I want something that works with builders either by more detailed shortcodes, more customized field outputs that will work with the builders etc and this just didn't seem to have enough of those background functions to make it work well enough for me.
I think with a few years of development this plugin could be something amazing but again that's the hard part when you want to use it for something super great and need it today.

I appreciate your kind words regarding our effort and understanding the situation. As you can see we have a long list pending in the road map where we also said the improvements is a continuous process. We will keep building the project until that wins every user's heart.
We are gathering feedback from the Users and we are bound to bring the fixing and improvements. Right now I want to take the opportunity to reconsider the review based on the Value for money, Commitments and efforts.
We are in the bigger part of losing while you don't have to lose much. Just think about the effort we put and the road map we have. There is huge potential to grow and improve.
