Customers appreciate Afficone for its user-friendly interface, responsive support, and easy setup for Stripe, Shopify, and WooCommerce. While there have been some reports of slow support response and a lack of documentation, these are minor issues. Overall, Afficone is a solid choice for those seeking all-in-one affiliate software, especially considering its refund policy and 60-day money-back guarantee.

Update: Scam Company - Completely Unusable - No Customer Service
I chose this product for the API, and I'm using it properly as best I can tell: I'm getting the appropriate returns that say affiliates have been added, but none can verify since verification emails aren't sent out. I'm emailing again today. I hope the company is still supporting users.

Total Scam – Stay Far Away from Afficone
We learned the hard way that Afficone is nothing but a scam. Unfortunately, by the time we realized it, it was too late to get a refund. Their customer service? Completely non-existent. They just don’t respond.
Our developer did some digging and quickly discovered that with just a simple browser console manipulation, you could fake transactions. He managed to “trick” Afficone into thinking we owed almost $10,000 to an affiliate — just by manually entering a number. No real validation, no real security — just a poor-quality facade that pretends to track things but is actually completely broken underneath.
If an affiliate wanted to, they could easily manipulate the numbers without any checks at all. That’s how bad the tracking system is. It’s incredibly disappointing that there’s no way to get a refund or even a goodwill gesture — especially because we were seriously investing in the platform.
Sure, AppSumo gives a generous amount of time to test products, and we take full responsibility for not integrating earlier. But now we understand all the recent bad reviews: this tool is straight-up unusable and feels like pure fraud.

Appears to be out of business
I asked a simple question about manually adding customers and assigning them to affiliates and I've heard nothing after multiple attempts and avenues (web form & email). I think this is out of business.

Support is non-existant. We reached out about expired token (using WP plugin)
There's non-existant support.
We have to get the token to work but no one respond to help us cause token expired.
Going to reach out to AppSumo support.
Getting bad vibes off this company... Maybe this one go bust like the others?

No Support
The idea of the product is great but their documentation is lacking. Because they don't have great documentation, you have to contact them in order to get guidance on how to set things up.
The problem with that? They don't supply support! They have a chat on their site that is not monitored, they ignore emails, and they don't respond to users on Appsumo.
This is giving me a "money grab and close down" vibes. if they are starting out with this attitude toward customers, it will only get worse as time progresses...if that is even possible.
