I never give bad reviews unless trying everything not to fails. But In many many many efforts of reaching out to afficone , even trying through APPSUMO to get in contact with someone , after weeks of this still nothing. we had Hi hopes for this App but there are many questions as we are not familiar with an app such as this. But we figured the promise of good customer support would make it easier for us to figure out. So we really haven't been able to use the app, Even if we had, I now might be glad we didn't because it would be more tragic to have all of our affiliates in this system and to have something go wrong and never be able to get help. It seems as though they have abandon their software. We now feel officially stolen from.

I'm pretty sure this program is either out of business or will soon be there due to lack of infrastructure and support. While the user interface actually looks really simple (exactly what I was looking for as a replacement for our more robust system), the confusion set in from the very setup when I decided to opt for their "demo" account portal to become familiar with the program. Installing the plugin to integrate with our WooCommerce system got derailed with errors for using a "demo token"... but when creating a new portal (for realsies) the account kept saying it was in "demo mode" and we couldn't figure out how to make it switch over. The documentation for this software is almost non-existent and repeated attempts at contacting their support over almost a week now have gone completely unanswered and not even an acknowledgement email has been received from their system. Judging from the lack of answers here on AppSumo for recent questions, I'm getting the feeling that this program's launch wasn't well-planned and doesn't have the staffing to support new customers. This is one of the rare times I'll be refunding. Disappointing because, if it worked, the interface and functionality were very promising. :-(

Nov 9, 2024Fair enough, support and replies are pretty slow. Honestly, it became pretty tiring since most inquiries are people asking for implementations of extremely niche integrations/features. Still, we usually respond to most inquiries in 1 to 3 days.
Also, not so sure what you mean by "our WooCommerce system got derailed with errors" though. At this time, we have 40 WooCommerce portals and we haven't...

Here's a few feature requests:
→ Allow excluding customers that got refunded, from calculation
→ Right now there's only 1 time commission. Allow us to set time limits. for example (1 - 6 months) payout of the commission amount.
The second one is very important because it motivates affiliates to provider better service and work harder with their affiliates

Mixed Feelings
It's easy to use and I like the layout of everything. My biggest issue is I have not been able to get any help from Afficone with a couple of issues I ran into. It's been about 3 weeks with multiple emails sent to them with no response and there's no other way to get ahold of them. I'm pretty disappointed because this seemed like a really good option for my business.

We addressed that issue at some point but didn't reply to your email. You may have sent further emails that we either missed or forgot to respond to. September was a really busy month for us. Once again, apologies for the bad experience!
