Q: Improved since Feb 2024 or it's just a hype?
I would like to ask directly.
Did it improve since Feb 2024?
In Feb I decided to go for a refund as it was highly unreliable tool- giving false answers, hallucinated answers orno answers where they should be.
And I tested that on simple files...

Well as a cofounder I will always say that our product improved, so I don't think asking directly for this kind of question would get an unbiased opinion.
On a more serious note, even though AI hallucination is a fundamental limitation of the industry, we have continuously improve our RAG models and prompting to reduce hallucitation. If AI is not your cup of tea, then we have also developed extensive research tools for non AI users like the Reference Manager, File Annotator, and Document Writer.
