1- Does the platform support customizable lead scoring? (Ex: actions like landing on specific webpages, opening emails, or clicking links.)
2- Is there built-in email tracking and activity tracking?
3- Can we create custom dashboard cards to easily visualize key metrics?
4- Is there a way to track revenue, expenses, and profit automatically—such as basic financial math (revenue - expenses = profit) within the system or reports?
5- Lastly, are there advanced automation features to better align sales and marketing teams beyond pipeline customization (like conditional triggers or task automation)?

Apr 28, 2025A: 1. Currently No. I don't think we have any plan to move in that direction. Instead you can use google tag for tracking the link and action in future.
2. Again, the answer is no.

4. Yes, it's in our roadmap. Will be live within next month.
5. Some automations will be provided but again, this is not a lead generation tool or marketing automation tool. This is a client portal management solution where user mostly focus on selling service/product.
