Q: About Knowledge Storage Allocation in Tier 3
Is the 1GB Knowledge storage in tier 3 cumulative for 10 users, or is it 1GB allocated for each individual user? If it's cumulative, there seems to be an inconsistency, as the total capacity would be equivalent to that of tier 1 while incurring significantly higher costs. Therefore, it stands to reason that the storage capacity in tier 3 should provide a substantial advantage over tier 1, justifying the increased pricing. Would you be able to clarify this aspect?
Multi Agent collaboration is included in Tier 3? How many agent can collaborate to same task/project/workflow?
Thanks in advance

May 3, 2025A: Hey Andrea_Local_SEO,
Thanks for the great questions regarding Tier 3! Let's clarify the Knowledge Storage and Multi-Agent aspects.
1. Knowledge Storage (1GB in Tier 3):
- The 1GB Knowledge storage allocation is per Workspace, not per user. It's a shared pool available to all agents and knowledge bases created within that workspace, regardless of whether one user builds everything or 10 users collaborate.
- Why it's Different/Valuable vs. Tier 1 (100MB): While cumulative, 1GB is 10 times the storage of Tier 1 (which gets 100MB). It's crucial to understand this isn't just raw file size like PDF storage. This limit refers to the vectorized data extracted from your documents (text content, essentially tokens) that the AI uses for semantic search and retrieval.
1GB of vectorized text data represents a very substantial amount of information – potentially millions of words or hundreds/thousands of documents depending on density – far more than 100MB. This allows for much richer and more comprehensive knowledge bases for your agents compared to Tier 1. It definitely provides a substantial advantage justifying the tier difference.
2. Multi-Agent Collaboration:
- True Multi-Agent System: The advanced feature where a "manager" agent orchestrates specialized "sub-agents" is currently exclusive to our Business Plan and will be offered as a one-time purchase add-on only for Tier 4, not included in Tier 3.
- Agent Collaboration (Using Workflows): However, you can achieve a form of agent interaction on Tier 3. You can build a Workflow that performs a specific task (maybe using LLM nodes within it).
Then, any agent within your workspace can be configured to use that Workflow as one of its tools. So, one agent could trigger a workflow, which performs some processing, and potentially hands data off to another agent (though this handoff requires careful workflow design).
This isn't the same as the autonomous orchestration of the true Multi-Agent system, but it does allow for complex processes involving multiple steps and AI capabilities defined in workflows to be called by your agents.
In summary: The 1GB in Tier 3 is a shared Workspace pool, significantly larger than Tier 1 in terms of usable knowledge capacity. True multi-agent orchestration is a Tier 4 add-on feature, but you can use Workflows as tools within agents on Tier 3 to achieve complex, multi-step automations.

I am not sure I fully understand. If we have 100+ clients that we want to build chatbots for, won't this 2GB quickly be filled? Also can we create agents that are showcased on a website and charge for use? Similar to your "Agent Templates" showcase but with a fee for use.
The 2GB knowledge limit is mainly for uploaded files (PDFs, etc.), not website crawls or chat logs. For 100+ chatbots, unless they all need large doc uploads, it might be fine. Extra storage is available as a one-time add-on if needed ($100/GB).
Yes, you can charge users. Embed the agent on your website and then put that specific page behind your own paywall using standard payment/membership tools
