what files can you import in chat. And what files types can you import to your knowledge base.. mp4, docx, md, pdf, etc?

Good question on file types. Here's the breakdown:
1. Importing directly into Chat: Currently, you can upload image files (like PNG, JPG) directly within the chat interface when talking to an agent. You can't upload TXT or PDF files directly into the chat message itself right now.
2. Importing into the Knowledge Base (to train agents):
- Supported Now: Table formats like CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls).
- Coming VERY Soon (Next Week!): Text formats including PDF, DOC, DOCX, and Markdown (MD). (This is part of the Data section revamp launching around May 12th).
- Future Roadmap: We plan to add support for Image formats to the knowledge base later on.
Not Currently Supported: MP4 video files cannot be directly ingested into the knowledge base at this time.
