Q: Hi Sean, how does users and workplaces work?
I have bought Tier 3 / 10 users with the idea to organize the various apps / workflows for various purposes, like playground, work, hobby. I invited a new user (nr 2 from the available 10), The result is that the new user is have a free account with 100 credits. (I hoped that this user had access to the same 100.000 credit. ) Then, for the owner is an opportunity to add a workspace, that is, the button suggest this. But after clicking the + , nothing happens. What is a idea / purpose / use for users and workplaces? Thanks in advance.

May 6, 2025A: Hey Rinse2,
Thanks for flagging this and for grabbing Tier 3!
- Users & Shared Credits: You're spot on – all users (up to your tier's limit, e.g., 10 for Tier 3) within the same workspace should share the same pool of credits (e.g., 100,000 for Tier 3). If your invited user is showing a separate free account with only 100 credits, that's a UI bug, likely from our recent updates (for new Library, MCP in Workflows). My apologies! I've already flagged this with engineering to fix ASAP (SGT time).
- Workspaces: The "+" to add a new workspace is active. Each workspace operates independently with its own subscription/credit pool. We have a 7-day interval between creating new workspaces on an account to prevent abuse of our free tier's daily credits. The idea is that a workspace is for a distinct organization or major project.
Appreciate you pointing out the user credit issue – we'll get that sorted!
