Hi Sean, do Sumo-lings, outside the lifetime plan updates, also receive lifetime product upgrades? Are there any features that are not included in these lifetime tiers but are included in the monthly subscriptions on your website? š¤
Could you define āmulti-agentsā in Tier 4? Does this mean you can run multiple workflows simultaneously? And is this only available in Tier 4, with the multi-agent add-on available for separate purchase?
And is it possible for the agents to work together?

1. LTD Tiers & Future Upgrades:
- Yes! AppSumo Tier 1 & 2 map to our Pro Plan features, and Tier 3 & 4 map to our Team Plan features. Any future updates or core features added to those respective Pro/Team plans will automatically be included in your LTD.
- Features exclusive to our higher-tier Business Plan (see https://agenticflow.ai/pricing) are generally not included in the LTD, with the exception of the upcoming Multi-Agent add-on.
2. Multi-Agents (Tier 4 Add-on):
Definition: "Multi-Agent" in this context isn't just running multiple separate workflows simultaneously (you can do that on any tier by triggering them). It refers to an advanced orchestration system where:
- A "Manager" agent takes a complex goal.
- It breaks the goal into sub-tasks.
- It delegates these sub-tasks to specialized "Sub-Agents" (which can be other agents you've built).
- These sub-agents can work in parallel and communicate/hand-off information.
The Manager agent then aggregates their outputs for a final result.
Think of it as an AI team collaborating on a project, not just individual bots running side-by-side.

This allows for sequential or triggered collaboration, but the dedicated Multi-Agent add-on will provide much more sophisticated, built-in parallel processing and orchestrated teamwork.
So, your LTD gets all standard Pro/Team plan updates. The advanced "AI team" (Multi-Agent) capability is a special add-on for Tier 3 & 4, giving access to a core Business Plan feature.
