Q: Multi Agent Add-On
Is this one entity or you can have multiple Multi Agent (agents) .. Feels like I am going down a rabbit hole with this .. but keen to understand if this is one big brain or you have one per function etc.

That's a critical question indeed, and you're right to want clarity on how the Multi-Agent Add-On works!
Think of the Multi-Agent System Add-On as unlocking the capability or the framework within your AgenticFlow workspace to build and run these sophisticated AI teams. It's not just "one big brain."
Here's how it works:
1/ You Create Multiple Multi-Agent Setups (as needed): With the add-on, you can design and deploy multiple distinct Multi-Agent workflows or "teams". Each "team" would typically have:
2. One Manager Agent (Orchestrator): This is the agent that receives the high-level goal for that specific team's purpose.
3. Several Specialized Sub-Agents: These are individual agents you build (or clone from templates), each equipped with specific tools and knowledge relevant to their function (e.g., a "Research Agent," a "Copywriting Agent," a "Data Entry Agent," a "Client Comms Agent").
4. One Per Function (or Project, or Complex Task): You'd typically design a multi-agent "team" for a specific complex function or project.
Example 1 (Marketing Campaign): One Manager Agent for "New Product Launch Campaign" that delegates to sub-agents for market research, ad copy, social media scheduling, and performance tracking.
Example 2 (Client Onboarding): One Manager Agent for "New Client Onboarding" that delegates to sub-agents for CRM setup, welcome email sequence, internal team notification, and initial knowledge base creation.
Not One Single "Mega-Brain": The whole point of our Multi-Agent System is to avoid creating one single, all-powerful "mega-brain" agent that tries to do everything (which, as we discussed, leads to "Tool Chaos" and performance degradation). Instead, you build focused, efficient teams.
The video on our pre-order page (https://agenticflow.ai/mas-pre-order) explains this concept of specialized agents orchestrated by a manager. It shows how a complex task is broken down and handled by different agents working in concert.
So, the add-on gives you the ability to design and run these collaborative AI teams. You can then create as many of these "teams" (each led by its own Manager Agent for a specific overarching goal) as your projects require, all within your single AgenticFlow workspace (and credit limits).
It's about enabling a more sophisticated and scalable way to automate, rather than just one monolithic AI. Hope that makes the "rabbit hole" a bit clearer! 😉

That clarifies it. Really excited about the launch. This is an extraordinary tool already. Thanks
