I’ve recently read quite a few reviews about AgenticFlow — some of them quite harsh — so I felt it was time to share my perspective too.

Yes, it’s true: the platform has problems, some of them even serious. And yes, it’s also true that it’s not a polished platform yet. I personally contacted support weeks ago about some issues that still haven’t been resolved.

So why am I giving it 5 stars?

Because I genuinely believe AgenticFlow has massive potential. It’s not built for AI engineers — it’s for people like me.

I’ve been working in marketing and communication for over 15 years, especially as a UX and web designer. I’m just now diving into the world of AI — partly because in Italy, where I live, we’re still far behind when it comes to keeping up with this transformation.

I’m using AgenticFlow to learn, test, and prepare myself for the communication landscape that’s coming fast. While there are more “ready” platforms out there (like FlowiseAI, etc.), the reason I chose AgenticFlow is the community and the founder Sean Phan, who clearly puts real passion into this project.

I’ve already bought Tier 4 and even pre-ordered Multi-Agent — not because it’s perfect, but because I believe in the vision.

Am I taking a risk? Absolutely. It could all vanish in a few months or years. But I hope it doesn’t. And if things keep improving, I truly believe AgenticFlow could one day become a reference point for AI agents in the marketing space.

I am a professional in the AI field with more than twenty years of experience. What this company offers is a joke of a platform not ready for production, without proper documentation, and a Discord group that will be dead in less than two years. Appsumo says that will not give me a refund therefore I am suing Appsumo for fraud. I recommend that you fight for your rights. I will gladly provide in court of law all the necessary information. You have a complimentary solution from Flowise with extensive documentation, easy to use, and known by Claude, OpenAI, etc that offers you real AI agents and workflows that work, free of charge. AgenticFlow is an insult to a professional in the AI field, a fraud.

I gave AgenticFlow three weeks to help me look over my Agent with a basic automation, far more time than I would usually allow. Yet here I am, still chasing their team for answers instead of the other way around.

If you cannot find the issues in this time frame, then something really wrong with your system, or support, or both!

The agent doesn’t trigger flows, can’t search online, and performs worse than my own GPT setup. Support has been polite but painfully slow and ineffective with empty promises. This SaaS should not have gone live on AppSumo in its current state.

I’m done wasting time, no Agency upgrade, just a refund!

- Can be the best of Appsumo by far, absolute game changer for any kind of solopreneur, I just hope the team will focus on what is important, improve our workflow with the agents listen to the real users, not on gimmick Ai video creation.
- If you already use Chatgpt type LLM's on a daily basis, think about buying this, it will be brutally better, but the first thing you should do is to know your work routine, and if you already have it, then ask MCP agents for help, they will do the job for you but you will have to give them the instructions, it's not magic.
- I have bought the T4+MPC's and I'm VERY excited because I see a realistic and sustainable long term team!
*PLEASE IMPLEMENT SOON:
1- The ‘’attach CSV to chat‘’ or just let the agents understand rich data we already have in a fast and agile way, ALL companies use csv, we simply can't write eternal texts wasting our time.
2- A ''Google Drive connection'', where agents can consult our data and also export their work, so we will have everything centralised and guarantee.

I purchased AgenticFlow through AppSumo because I was excited by its promise of no-code AI agents and image generation. While there’s clear potential here, several rough edges make it more of a beta preview than a polished, ready-to-use tool.

1. Image Downloading and Quality
- Currently, the only way to save generated images is by right-clicking and downloading a low-resolution WebP. There’s no native “Download” button or option for higher-quality PNG/JPEG exports. Spending credits on images only to get a blurry web preview feels like a missed basic feature.

2. Onboarding and Tutorials
- The onboarding process is confusing, with only brief demo videos recorded in poor audio quality. For a company that already has products in market, I expected professional tutorials—better microphones, clear step-by-step guides, or even a simple Fiverr edit job. A more thorough onboarding would save new users hours of trial and error.

3. File Upload and Agent Inputs
- You can only upload images in the chat. There’s no support for text, PDF, CSV, or Markdown directly in the conversation. You can add these files to the library, but then agents can use them—which introduces extra steps. If you want the agent to compare two blog posts or analyse a PDF, you’ll waste time shuttling files in and out. Uploading text-based documents directly in chat would be far more efficient.

4. Learning Curve and Stability
- Building workflows takes patience: linking prompts, configuring agent steps, and troubleshooting API issues can take hours. The “bring your own key” (BYOK) feature isn’t available yet—it’s under development—so you must purchase credits on PixelML, AgenticFlow’s own LLM service. That works, but it should be clear up front. I encountered intermittent errors that forced me to switch LLMs or wait for support.

5. Founder Engagement and Roadmap
- A major positive is the founder’s responsiveness. He reached out personally to clarify that BYOK is coming and walked me through the current PixelML credit system. He’s active on Discord and YouTube, and genuinely committed to improvements. However, the roadmap feels overly ambitious, with small but critical features—image downloads, better tutorials, direct file uploads—still missing.

Bottom Line
AgenticFlow shows real promise as a no-code agent builder. The interface is intuitive once you get past the initial hurdles, and the founder’s hands-on support is a rare plus. But right now, the platform still feels like a rough beta: basic image downloads, better onboarding, stable API integrations, and richer file support are must-have features before I’d call it “ready to go.” If you’re comfortable with trial-and-error and want direct access to an engaged founder, AgenticFlow is worth a look. If you need a polished, time-saving agent solution today, you might want to wait—or compare it to alternatives like Genspark or Manus, which trade off cost for ease of use.
