Powerful No-Code Automation Backed by Outstanding Support and Rapid Growth

Here’s my honest take after spending some real time with AgenticFlow:

First off, the support and the team deserve a shoutout. Sean (the founder) and the crew are super hands-on. Every time I’ve had a question or ran into a hiccup, they actually listened—and not just with canned responses. Even when something I flagged only affected my weird use case, they took it seriously and followed up. It’s rare to see that level of care from a software company.

As for the product itself, AgenticFlow isn’t completely polished yet. This is just the beginning, in my opinion. There are some rough patches, and the documentation could definitely be more detailed, but they are working on it and also creating an AI agent that could help us create or troubleshoot the platform itself. Still, it’s clear AgenticFlow is powerful under the hood.

One thing that really impressed me is how much simpler some tasks are compared to other automation tools. I’m tinkering with n8n and Activepieces, and usually, building a workflow takes a bunch of nodes and steps. With AgenticFlow, once you understand how their system works (it did take me a bit to wrap my head around), you can set up the same thing in just a couple of clicks. The way their AI agents and bots work—being able to give them “skills” and have them access different tools automatically—is honestly the direction I think all automation is headed.

The BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) feature is a nice touch if you want more control, especially combined with MCP for managing permissions. Plus, PixelML—their version of OpenRouter—is really helpful for routing and managing AI models seamlessly. You also get a few of credits to play with right out of the gate.

I’ll be honest: starting out was a little confusing. The logic is different from the other platforms I’ve used, so there was a learning curve. But once I got past that, things started clicking into place. And again, whenever I got stuck, the team was there to help.

I think what makes AgenticFlow stand out isn’t just the technology—it’s how responsive and proactive the team is. They’re constantly pushing updates, asking for feedback, and you can tell they really want this platform to succeed.

So, bottom line:
AgenticFlow isn’t perfect yet, but it’s already really impressive and getting better fast. If you want something that’s almost entirely no-code but flexible enough for power users—and you value great support—you should definitely check it out. I’m excited to see where it goes next.

Work in Progress but on Solid Foundation

For the record, had been a long user of AppSumo and LTD until COVID where I stopped for good. Saw AgenticFlow on AS and after some consideration, hopped on some couple, Plus member discount and went full stack. And, I don’t buy because of FOMO. Usability is my main concern for every tool I use.

Founder and team
Hands on, great team and they hear my feedbacks. They are growing, mind you so there are some flaws here and there. Credits as they took time to actually attend to these even when it is possibly just affecting me.

Product
The product is far from finish. Powerful? Yes but the documentation isn’t that extreme as what I was expecting. Coming from CopyAI, Jasper and even ChatGPT Pro (and Plus), I had a super high expectation.

Can you expect it to be a strictly no-code AI software? Probably not but the good news is 99% it is okay for no code. Why? There are parts where you need to code a little (don’t worry, ChatGPT can solve it for you), if you are like me - wanting faster solution instead of waiting for reply on Discord.

Sean and his team been critical in making this product great. Backed with Pixel ML which is extremely successful for them, I think AgenticFlow could be a good gem, say 6 months down the road now. The ability to BYOK is cool and the millions of credit (3 credit runs for T4) is a nice touch.

What I like?
Each agent can be programmed to work the way I want. HR Manager, recruiter, sales manager, marketing manager etc.

What I dislike?
For you to really use AgenticFlow, you need to dedicate at least an hour a day to learn the system. It is not that straightforward but, it’s pretty powerful.

They are also launching a Multi-Agent feature this week and we could do a little upgrade to have that feature.

Should I tier-4?
It depends. If you want to leverage this fully, then t4 is a good one. But you can also still go with lower tiers because you can bring your own key. So makes not much of a difference.

T4 allows you to connect with the team via Discord (private space) and I think Sean took some good time to spend chatting with me daily.

Why 4-tacos?
I had high hopes and I thought I did everything I could to prep and keep it running from day one. But that was not the case from the learning curve. For the record, my use case is kinda complicated and I sincerely appreciate Sean and his team working their suggestions to make this purchase work for me and my agency.

Promising no-code agent/workflow platform

The workflow builder is simple but not simplistic. To start quickly, you can just copy one of the numerous templates available and iterate from there.

The team is very active and regularly uploads new tutorials in their YouTube channel to explain the possibilities of the platform.

I'm happy to have chosen this product to power my AI journey! Cheers

Great tool - Incredible Team

My experience with AgenticFlow has been genuinely impressive. The tool is both powerful and user-friendly, and I've been particularly struck by how dedicated and responsive the team is, actively listening to feedback on Discord. Their commitment to a sustainable, non-token-dependent business model is also very reassuring, making me confident in their long-term vision. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience.

Quickly build a AI MCP system

With AgenticFlow, you can build process AI bots, and I really like one of the concepts inside: you can equip these AI bots with skills, enabling them to do more things and even allowing them to access the MCP to complete tasks for you. I think this will clearly be the future. I also hope the capabilities of the native system will continue to expand.

Although there is a learning curve when first starting with this software, fortunately, the founder is very passionate about listening to customers and can help make the system more user-friendly together. I hope that in the future, it will become even more intuitive and convenient to handle many repetitive tasks. I am very optimistic about its future development.

Hey DingChing1202,

Wow, thank you so much for such an insightful and encouraging review! It's genuinely fantastic to hear that you're already grasping the core vision of equipping AI agents with skills via MCP to automate tasks – you've absolutely nailed it. That's exactly where we believe the future of automation is heading.

I'm really glad you see the potential. You're right, automation...
