2 Tacos! f You Can’t Fix It and follow up in 3 Weeks, Something’s Seriously Wrong
I gave AgenticFlow three weeks to help me look over my Agent with a basic automation, far more time than I would usually allow. Yet here I am, still chasing their team for answers instead of the other way around.
If you cannot find the issues in this time frame, then something really wrong with your system, or support, or both!
The agent doesn’t trigger flows, can’t search online, and performs worse than my own GPT setup. Support has been polite but painfully slow and ineffective with empty promises. This SaaS should not have gone live on AppSumo in its current state.
I’m done wasting time, no Agency upgrade, just a refund!

May 30, 2025Hi M,
I’m sorry your automation not ran as expected and that support wasn’t fast enough to catch this sooner. After this issue catch my attention, I immediately looped in our lead engineer to review your setup. What we found:
- Misconfigured Triggers: The flow wasn’t linked to the “Crawl Website” and “Google Search” actions correctly, and your agent had no instructions to run. Think of Agent just like your intern, this needs your explicit instructions to do things.
- LLM Action Limitation: You were using the generic LLM step, which doesn’t access the internet. Our crawl/search actions must be used instead.
I’ve recorded a short Loom that walks through the exact configuration steps and share you via email. Also please feel free to book my time so that I can personally walk you through this.
We’re also:
- Updating Our Onboarding Guides to highlight these common setup pitfalls.
- Building an AI Copilot for one-click flow validation and configuration checks.
- Escalating Support so critical tickets like this jump to the front of the queue.
Thank you for the feedback, it’s driving real improvements. If you runs into similar issues, please watch the Loom and reach out. We’re on it.
Warmly,
Sean
