An imperfect platform, but with a vision that matters
I’ve recently read quite a few reviews about AgenticFlow — some of them quite harsh — so I felt it was time to share my perspective too.
Yes, it’s true: the platform has problems, some of them even serious. And yes, it’s also true that it’s not a polished platform yet. I personally contacted support weeks ago about some issues that still haven’t been resolved.
So why am I giving it 5 stars?
Because I genuinely believe AgenticFlow has massive potential. It’s not built for AI engineers — it’s for people like me.
I’ve been working in marketing and communication for over 15 years, especially as a UX and web designer. I’m just now diving into the world of AI — partly because in Italy, where I live, we’re still far behind when it comes to keeping up with this transformation.
I’m using AgenticFlow to learn, test, and prepare myself for the communication landscape that’s coming fast. While there are more “ready” platforms out there (like FlowiseAI, etc.), the reason I chose AgenticFlow is the community and the founder Sean Phan, who clearly puts real passion into this project.
I’ve already bought Tier 4 and even pre-ordered Multi-Agent — not because it’s perfect, but because I believe in the vision.
Am I taking a risk? Absolutely. It could all vanish in a few months or years. But I hope it doesn’t. And if things keep improving, I truly believe AgenticFlow could one day become a reference point for AI agents in the marketing space.

Unlike traditional automation platform that bolt AI features on top of existing solution and call it AI, AgenticFlow a young platform that born as AI-native, even it gives us the ability to iterate fast toward Autonomous AI Agents future, and it still needs a bit more time to catch up in term of UI/UX and platform stability.
Our vision is simple, anything that a person can do on a laptop can be done via Agent or Multi-Agent system.
With community help & feedback like yours, we shall realize this vision step by step and we (early adopters, customers, builders of AgenticFlow) shall write our name on the winning side of history on this AI race.
