Q: Phatom Support
Hello, we originally purchased your top-most Tier at 10 licenses months ago. In the beginning we seemed to have a pretty positive communication dialogue with you and your support team.
Since then, we have been completely unsuccessful in getting any responses to our requests for help and support.
How can we fix this ASAP? We are still very much vested in your platform, but we run into many items that have caused us to pause.
One last thing, your website copyright is dated 2023, and you changelog hasn't been updated for some time... both of these can easily lead us to believe that you have abandoned your platform (at least for Sumolings) which I hope is not the case.
Please provide us with an effective method of contact so we can get back on track (and emailing hasnt worked for months)

I can see we already got back to you and addressed your concerns.
Agiled is not abandoned and will never be. You can check out latest updates at https://updates.agiled.app.
And copyright year issue on https://agiled.app was just a bug. Was taken care of.
Also we never put an email on wait for months. If this ever happens, it can be due to some technical issue, our support system marking email as spam ( that we manually check) or a ticket marked as closed mistakenly.
