Q: Trouble with Aicoosoft Video Converter License Key Assistance Needed

I purchased the Aicoosoft Video Converter from your website, but it's not working. Every time I enter the correct license key, I get a "The network connection was lost. Please check and try again" message.
It's been three days since I opened a support ticket and emailed you, but I haven't heard back.
