Q: Does it learn on our email responses for future usage?
I am hoping when replies made inside Airfive or outside (traditional gmail) it could gather that info to "build" the knowledge base instead of me having to start with a bunch of documentation to train it. What say you?
To phrase another way; can I tell someone here's how to do xyz in airfive email and then next time that question comes it will auto draft that?
I purchased, but still tinkering.

May 10, 2025A: Hey there Perry!! Good question! We didn’t take this step at the beginning bc we want to ensure the accuracy of it. We have this and the automatically sending feature ready to go, but we won’t release them yet. For a couple reasons; we want to make sure the quality of the answers before just sending them. So it’ll create a level of comfort. But yes all we need to do is release it, of that makes sense. You can set up an automation to add each email to a doc and retrain, but you could also just wait until we release that ;)
