Q: First experiences - few questions
Hi Jeremy, just started with Airfive, connected 2 mail accounts and played with it. I have a few questions:
1) I notice that the Unibox keeps all mails in one thread togerther = good. Is it possible to delete the full thread at once, rather than deleting 1 by 1 each message?
2) Is it possible to work with fixed template responses on certain topics.....or is that the learning part the AI has to do?
3) Would it be possible to give extra input to incorporate in the AI response? Example: i run a webshop and customers ask me when their order will be delivered. It would be great if I could add manually the track&trace code / link in it, so AI can use it to write a good response.
4) In addition....would it be possible to create somehow a connection to Shopify where the AI can pick-up order details (customer address name, track&trace code)?

Let Kenneth know. As long as you train it on those fixed responses it should work exactly that way! Yes, again whatever you train it on in a doc you can use as your responses ;) and yeah we have an airfive app inside taskmagic you can set up and it gives you access to Shopify app. Again I’m sure some of this is repetitive bc Kenneth and team said they got back to you ;) you’re the best
