Q: wasting Airfive AI credits?
Will Airfive respond ONLY to real customer or business inquiries so we don’t waste AI credits?
For example, we’d want it to ignore emails like:
- Spam
- Newsletters
- Invoices
- Order confirmations
- Password resets
- Payment receipts
- Calendar invites
- No-reply emails
Obviously, messages like these don’t need auto-replies!
Is there a way to configure or train Airfive to automatically ignore certain types of emails?

May 8, 2025A: Goooooooooood question!!! It responds to anything coming in right now. But we have filters/tags to filter out bad things. We just need to implement the tags for the things you listed. As this is GREAT improvement. We only learned about this this week! So I’m glad you’re mentioning it. Bc you’re right! They don’t need responses. We should tag like “marketing” and not reply. Cooking!
