Q: Is this app down? Is it permanent? I have been locked out for over a week and can't get a response from support

- I am located in the United States
- I cannot get to the login screen, so it is not a password issue
- The page times out and will not load
- I have done all of the basic tech support stuff (restart, clear cache, check other browsers, check other devices, check my router to make sure it is not blocked)
I apprecaiate the help and love this software. I am hoping it has not been discontinued.

Jan 6, 2025A: Could you please let us know what error message appears when you enter https://aitable.ai/login in your browser? Does the page remain stuck in a loading state without successfully loading, or does it return to the previous page automatically after reaching the login page?
