Q: Problem transcript Chinese-speaking YouTube
I have had problems importing Chinese-speaking YouTube. Lately, they all failed, and the transcripts were completely incorrect with mumbo-jumbo wording.
But it worked well before about 1-2 months ago. What changes on the backend?

Mar 12, 2025A: Hey, thanks for letting me know! We haven’t changed anything on our end recently, but Chinese (along with Japanese and Korean) has some known transcription issues. Sometimes, the text can appear broken up into individual characters instead of clear sentences, causing the “mumbo-jumbo” you’re seeing. We’re actively working on making it better.
In the meantime, a helpful workaround is manually pasting your own transcript into Alphana, which usually improves results.
