1) Is it or would it be possible to use contact form responses (imem conversational) and variables in the prompts? For example, to make the prompt dynamic?

2) If I train the agent to produce a very particular reply to a given question, request or prompt, could I use its API to send the prompt and gets its response elsewhere with a webhook/API? I would like to train it to respond based on the knowledge hub but still produce a structured format on its response.

A: Currently, using contact form responses and variables in prompts to make them dynamic isn't supported. However, it's a great idea, and we will consider it for future updates.

In the meantime, we have added new API functions in our latest update. You might want to give them a try to see if they meet your needs.
