Q: PW - Receive and send messages on WhatsApp

I understand that MAnyChat is activated from a Widget on a website so that messages are monitored by the system panel.

Question:

1 - Is it possible to receive and send (reply) WhtasApp messages from customers directly on the platform without the need to install a widget on the website?

A: Hello.
Yes, you can connect WhatsApp to Anychat and communicate with your customers directly on the platform. You don't need to use the widget in this case.

What great news, Andrew!!!

Just two more questions:

1 - Do you have any tutorial or link in your documentation so I can see how to configure it to connect (integrate) WhatsApp?

2 - With this integration, if the user starts the conversation with me directly through WhatsApp (without the need for a Widget), the AnyChat platform is able to interact with these conversations.

Continuation of previous questions

3 - Is it possible for each client on the PRO+ plan to add more than one WhatsApp number to view the responses on the AnyChat Dashboard in an agency account?

4 - With the Agency plan, do I have access to the ChatFlows option?
