Q: Support & Training

Hi,

I have sent some emails to anychat.one@gmail for support, but no replies of late.

Is there going to be ongoing support for LTD holders?

Also - I would love to see more training videos on the platform - it is quite detailed, which leads me to ask questions of support because the answer alludes me.

Will there be any other training provided in the future and will you be switching to a ticket management system instead of using gmail?

I look forward to feedback - and thank you for everything you do with this amazing platform.

Hi Andrew, I was initially told to use your email, so I did...will try those channels from now on...to reduce frustration, which one of those channels is actually for ticket management?
