I have tried many chatbots from AppSumo most just couldn't work or not up to expectation. With AnyChat, I can do many things. Including embedding AI Chatbot on both my websites. Yes, OpenAI powered AI Chatbot. This is the real deal.

This is the ai chat support app you want. I have tried a few others and this is by far built for agencies, easy simple, loaded with features. I want to see this app continue development, its the kind of app you would be willing to pay monthly fee for.

What sets AnyChat apart is its versatility. The widget seamlessly integrates with popular platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, IG and many more, allowing visitors to reach out through their preferred messaging app. No more juggling multiple platforms or missing important messages!

The customization options are impressive. I was able to tailor the chat widget to match my site's aesthetics perfectly. Plus, the ability to design custom callback and direct email forms gives me full control over the user experience.

But here's the kicker – their support team doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. When I needed assistance, I used the AnyChat widget right on their website, and they responded promptly using their own product! This firsthand experience showcased their confidence and the effectiveness of their solution.

With features like branding removal, and so many integrations with services like OneSignal, and features like Knowledgebase, AnyChat truly offers a comprehensive package. Definitely one of my best purchases here!

However, there's one area where AnyChat could improve: their knowledge base. While they offer an impressive array of features, the current knowledge base doesn't fully capture all the capabilities. Enhancing this resource would allow users like me to take full advantage of everything AnyChat has to offer. A more comprehensive knowledge base would be a game-changer, helping users unlock the full potential of this powerful tool.

I decided to upgrade up to TIER 3 two years after my first BUIYNG. I hope there is a futur way to use it with a AI ;-)

The possibilities of this platform are impressive, even if you end up using it at 50% of its possibilities, the agreement will have been worth it. We have acquired Tier 3. for an agency and we are excited about the usefulness of this tool, since in addition to working as a promoter, it opens up new business options for us with our clients.

We really liked the possibility of suggesting improvements to the application and feeding off of our feedback as users, this says a lot about their intention to continue improving.

I also had the need to request some assistance at the beginning and I can see that the support service was fast and efficient in its responses.

Of course, we will give this tool 5 stars.

As points to improve (at the time of writing this review):

- Videos with examples of creating flows.
- Templates with "common" flows that serve as a starting point.
- Integration with email marketing tools such as Maichimp, Acumbamail, etc.
- Integration with Zapier-type automators.

I am aware that some of these points are suggested and added to their roadmap, so I am happy about that.
