When setting up my username, can that be changed later? Is it by google name? If my name is 123@gmail.com then do I use that and if I do then I can only use this google sheet? 2) If I set up a group there then others can use it too or not? I am the admin and I can allow others to join even if I am on a free google account. (I don't have to be the paid version, eh). 3) If I change my business, can I reset up this google email name to not 123 but to abc@gmail.com if I own that one too at a later date?
