ApiX-Drive - Plus exclusive Reviews

I decided to go all in with APIXDrive and give buy their highest AppSumo Tier (currently Tier 3) and it was a great decision. I really love how straightforward the interface is. I also have Pabbly and I'm always wondering what screen I should be going to when I need to get something done.

APIXDrive displays the connection to the source and the connection to the destination in a clear way so that you can quickly make changes and it's all right there in the side bar. No more scrolling through a long automation screen wondering where it went wrong. I really like that! Also it's really great that I can set the intervals easily and the credits that I've used are really clear to see in both the logs and at the top right of the screen so I always know how much I have left.

I would like to see a native ThriveCart integration since they have Kajabi. Guessing a Shopify would be great for them to have too. Finally a Stackby integration would be great as well since many of us have used that to replace Airtable. Finally, I would like to see a "Re-run this Automation" button in the log somewhere so that I can quickly re-test changes made to an automation.

I really like that they have a Webhooks integration already in it since that is usually what is needed when you are using some of the newer tools.

I highly recommend APIXDrive for anyone who is looking to run automations between separate softwares and needs a tool to do that! They have definitely earned a great rating and this 5 out of 5 tacos is well deserved! Thanks for a great product!

Room for improvement
• Old-school UI: tiny dropdowns, no dark mode, and activity log feels 2016.

Verdict
ApiX-Drive nails the “set-it-and-forget-it” promise for real-time automations, earning 5 tacos. If you can live with a retro UI and a growing (but not yet exhaustive) connector list, snag a code before pricing climbs—your future self will thank you when Zapier invoices shrink.

Very easy to use and more affordable than Make or Zapier. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a cost-effective and efficient automation solution. It simplifies workflow automation, making it accessible even for beginners while offering powerful features for advanced users.

I absolutely love this product. I did a couple of tests to see if it worked well and it worked like a charm. Very easy to follow with really easy to follow prompts if you are a complete beginner and never used Zapier before. I’m so glad I found this gem! Zapier is becoming very costly for me so it was a no brainer! I can’t believe how much I am saving I could cry. I have so many business tasks that need automating but I couldn’t afford them all but now it’s FOR LIFE! Don’t sleep on this one fellow Sumolings it will really save you loads.
