I bought the Tier 2 plan yesterday, and already facing issues with basic things like : 1. CVs bulk uploaded not showing up. 2. The Career page looks too flashy for a sophisticated business - this needs some serious rework. 3. The questions to be asked are limited to 20 characters (too less for any job post) and this feature is buggy - it kept giving me an error that i was exceeding 20 character limit even when I used 4-5 characters. This was really frustrating. Had to re-do the entire port again (with no questions this time!) 4. No way to contact the support on the app or a ticket system - makes me very nervous as a user who wants to depend on one platform for my needs. 5. You should atleast have a CNAME functionality - for us to use the front end of our recruitment websites.
I will keep you posted on what I find along the way, but it hasnt been a good start, to say the least.

This is a very interesting tool, and can be very useful in Hiring process, but I have no idea why it lack of some very basic features, by example: if the system didnt recognice the cel number from the CV scan, there is no way of editing the candidate manually, and add it later. And in a selection process there are many interviews to be done, and for each candidate one only can add a very small comment, so I have nowhere to leave my feedback in every interview, also, there is the fielt for the candidate photo, but no way of uploading one, also, I didn't find a way to leave these feedback, beacuse I dont see a support email anywhere. But besides of that it looks very promising I hope they fix those basic things.

First off, the customer service I've received from the Aplicaro team has been excellent - the team is responsive and highly receptive to feedback.
The tool as an ATS is very user friendly and has a great UX vs other ATS systems I've tried, but it is still in the very early stages of being a fully functional ATS solution. The AI feature is similar to other tools that I've tested, but it will be exciting to see how the tool evolves over time.
The team seems very open to new iterations, customizations, and continued development. Excited to see where the team takes this in the next few months!

Promising, but didnt work for me!

Interesting, but missing very basic things
This is a very interesting tool, and can be very useful in Hiring process, but I have no idea why it lack of some very basic features, by example: if the system didnt recognice the cel number from the CV scan, there is no way of editing the candidate manually, and add it later.
