Q: I was kicked off of Google Play

I did make a couple of apps with another company and had them on iOS and Android. I didn't know I needed to update them every few months. That got me kicked off of Google Play with a notice that they know all my gmail accounts and won't let me upload another app. Two questions - 1. How easy is it for me to update the app on your system so Apple and Android know I'm serious about the apps and keep users involved? 2. Can you get my app on the app stores? (2a.) What does that cost me? (2b.) Can I just use your platform to update the apps regularly?

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

1. We release new app versions every month. You can download new app versions and release them via your Google Play and Apple App Store account.

2. You can purchase our Upload to App Stores add-on to get our team to submit your app to the app stores. The add-on currently costs $99. However, the app will submitted from your Google Play and App Store developer accounts.

You can also rebuild your app and release new versions from our platform. Any time we roll out a new release, you can simply navigate to your app dashboard and rebuild your app for the new code version.

Please feel free to reach out for more questions.
