Q: ‘PWA’ for Tier 5 Extremely Confused?
Very confused after long awaited PWA and being given a ‘AppMySite’ (Branded Sub Domain)
After carefully reading the above review I have some valid questions.
Firstly you state ‘ Even making the PWA available on an AppMySite subdomain involves a significant cost, but we have decided to make this available to our AppSumo customers.’ You also offer this service on your FREE package to the general public. It says FREE AppMySite Sub Domain, so being a Loyal Tier 5 customer you have effectively offered us nothing different to the FREE general public package. Thanks!
I’m sure everybody, feels completely robbed.
You also state ‘No AppMySite’ Branding. How can you say that an AppMySite subdomain isn’t AppMySite Branding?
I’m sure you will get many negative reviews unless you help those loyal customers who signed up early on and supported you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly understand your frustration and appreciate your support as a Tier 5 customer.
PWA hosting — even on our subdomain — involves meaningful infrastructure and maintenance costs on our end. While it's not a custom domain solution, we chose to extend this benefit to AppSumo customers without charging extra on their existing license tiers.
That said, offering custom domains for PWA as part of a one-time LTD is unfortunately not viable for us due to the recurring infrastructure and support costs involved. We know this may not be the ideal answer, but we’re doing our best to offer lifetime users maximum value without compromising long-term sustainability.
We sincerely apologize if this aspect of the offering feels underwhelming, and are grateful for your continued patience and feedback. We're listening closely and always working to improve the experience for our LTD community.
