Even asking a question costs money
Unfortunately, this WebView app bundle from AppMySite, which I purchased via AppSumo, didn’t meet my expectations. The notification system—one of the most basic features—costs extra, and they even charge for support. I can’t publish the app because it makes no sense without push notification integration. Moreover, there has been no response to my support request for days.
These limitations are not mentioned in the product description. It’s a big disappointment to face this “everything costs extra” model after the purchase. Push notification is a must-have for anyone building a WebView app, yet here, even that is treated as a paid add-on.
This kind of disregard for customer experience reflects poorly—not on AppSumo—but on AppMySite as the service provider.
The product’s shortcomings should be clearly stated upfront, and at the very least, basic support should be free. As it stands, the product is unusable.

To clarify, you don’t need to pay extra for plain notifications. However, if you’d like to use an advanced notification system with support for rich media, you are required to pay extra.
We’ve been upfront about the fact that all features in our Pro plan are available to AppSumo customers. Since plain notifications are included in the Pro plan, they are automatically available with your AppSumo license.
We also understand you have not received a response to your support request. This is highly unusual, as our support team is very prompt. Can you share your ticket ID? We will have you issue escalated immediately.
