Q: White-Label, SMTP & Custom Domain (CNAME)
Welcome to the AppSumo Marketplace.
I am interested in purchasing License Tier 3 of the Approval Studio platform, but I would like to know if the White-Label, SMTP, and Custom Domain (CNAME) features will be included in this license tier.

Apr 3, 2025A: We do not offer a full white-label solution. However, with License Tier 3, you’ll be able to add your own logos for branding. We can also provide DNS settings so that system emails are sent from your domain's email address.
As for the custom domain, we can set up a subdomain format such as yourdomain.approval.studio.
Al-EzziPLUSThank you very much for your prompt response. Since the majority of Sumo-Lings are running agencies, offering the Custom CNAME feature, such as Subdomain.MyCompany.com, will increase your Approval Studio platform sales.
Please consider offering the CNAME feature at a new, higher License Tier. You may be surprised by how many agency owners will eagerly purchase the platform.
