I have been trying to reach support for 7 full days regarding a critical issue with my account, and I have received absolutely no response. This is completely unacceptable.
I have sent multiple messages through your support system, yet my account problem remains unresolved with zero acknowledgment from your team. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.

Can I send an initial email manually to a cold prospect and then add them to a specific automated follow-up sequence? Uploading Prospects: Since users can’t manually input verified company emails for missing AroundDeal data, is the best approach to upload prospects via a CSV file to ensure your own valid contacts? When uploading a CSV file, can I assign prospects to a specific campaign and label them? Will uploaded prospects appear in the “People” section for easy viewing?
Additional Question on Tier 4 Plan: “Save up to 500 contact details at one time.” Where exactly are these contacts stored? Manual Tasks - is this also on lower plans & what is it? With “300 export credits per month,” does this mean exports are delivered as CSV files?

1. If I purchase Tier 3, which offers 12,000 contact credits, does that mean I can obtain 12,000 leads and export them?
2. Are the emails I receive from the AroundDeal search already verified, or do I need to verify them myself after obtaining them?
3. Is it possible to automate this platform using Make.com? I see there is a community, but I haven’t found clear information on how to do that.
