Q: Your deal terms are obscure and misleading
You said this "we indeed support Claude model for AppSumo customers, but you have to use your own Claude API"
1. This is not explicit on the deal terms, on the contrary.
2. Reviews of your app say that Claude is not included even for those using BOYK.
Honestly, I don't understand why appsumo keeps accepting obscure deals that soon or later will trigger major discontentment. Because of this many people are leaving appsumo, the risk became unacceptable.
It's my honest opinion not based on perceptions but facts.
