Q: If I buy now, can I upgrade/stack future plans to the same account and stay grandfathered as an early user?
Hi AstraVue Team,
Thank you for being active and transparent in the Q&A—it's been really helpful to see how you're engaging with the community.
As an early adopter considering the current $29 offer, I’d like to clarify something important before purchasing. If I proceed with the current lifetime deal now, will I still have the option to purchase any future plans or tiers you introduce later and stack those codes under the same account? I’d like to ensure that my initial investment is honoured (i.e., grandfathered in), while also having the flexibility to upgrade and continue supporting the product as your offering evolves.
Appreciate your time, and I’m looking forward to seeing how AstraVue grows.
A: Thank you for the kind words and thoughtful question. Early adopters like you have played a key role in shaping Astravue with your feedback and feature suggestions. We truly appreciate your support.
To clarify: yes, your initial investment will be honoured. The current lifetime deal covers up to 25 users, and we’re working with AppSumo to let users stack codes - 1 code per 5 users, up to a...
I have different spaces and I want to know if it's possible to view the tasks from those spaces in a single calendar. Also, I’d like to mention that it would be great if we could integrate it with Google Calendar.
A quick update. Work for unified calendar within the app is work in progress. Already we released a mini calendar under My Task and Assigned by me Widgets. Personally, it didnt look great and looked cluttered. So, bringing a separate one now. Expecting roll out by next weekend(Jun15th around)
Q: Do you have a plan in place to safeguard your company from abuse?
I am very interested in your offer, but concerned that you may be allowing unlimited users, which may put your company at risk for closure instead of success.
If you are considering allowing more users, let us stack codes for 5 users per code.
Your prices are already very low, and if I am going to invest in using this Saas for the long term, I do not want your company to go belly up because of platform abuse.
Just how much can your servers afford to handle?
At least consider your margins and what your tool was originally meant to be before you launched here.
You have said this, Saas, is meant for small teams.
If someone wants to use this platform for a large team, let them pay for it either by stacking up enough codes through the AppSumo deal OR creating a monthly plan to accommodate unlimited users on your website.

With API release scheduled for May 27(originally planned today), google calendar integration would be done soon.
With respect to calendar view(read only) in the app, the feature will be rolled out on May 27th.
Moving forward, we will add more enhancements to this calendar

May 21, 2025A: Hi There,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful message and for taking the time to share your concerns. We truly appreciate it.
You're absolutely right to think about the long-term viability of any SaaS you invest in, and it's something we're equally committed to.
To clarify, our current AppSumo offer is designed for up to 5 users only. For teams that plan to scale beyond that, we offer...
