Q: Do you have a plan in place to safeguard your company from abuse?
I am very interested in your offer, but concerned that you may be allowing unlimited users, which may put your company at risk for closure instead of success.
If you are considering allowing more users, let us stack codes for 5 users per code.
Your prices are already very low, and if I am going to invest in using this Saas for the long term, I do not want your company to go belly up because of platform abuse.
Just how much can your servers afford to handle?
At least consider your margins and what your tool was originally meant to be before you launched here.
You have said this, Saas, is meant for small teams.
If someone wants to use this platform for a large team, let them pay for it either by stacking up enough codes through the AppSumo deal OR creating a monthly plan to accommodate unlimited users on your website.

May 21, 2025A: Hi There,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful message and for taking the time to share your concerns. We truly appreciate it.
You're absolutely right to think about the long-term viability of any SaaS you invest in, and it's something we're equally committed to.
To clarify, our current AppSumo offer is designed for up to 5 users only. For teams that plan to scale beyond that, we offer per-seat pricing on our website, and we’re also working on releasing a flat-fee monthly plan soon.
We haven't considered code stacking yet, but your suggestion is a good one and definitely worth exploring, especially to give larger teams flexibility while keeping our platform sustainable.
Our goal with launching here was to get valuable feedback from early adopters and reward them with lifetime value , not to compromise profitability, but to build a strong foundation with real users who believe in what we're building.
Thanks again for your insight. It's the kind of feedback that helps us grow the right way.
Regards,
Ramesh
