Q: Questions about compatibility and API access
Looks like nice tool but i have some questions:
1. I assume this plugin is a competitor of content egg. will this plugin work well on a site where CE is already installed?
2. Does it integrate with content creation plugins like Too Much Niche? if not, is there an alternative?
3. Can it be used out of the context of WordPress, for example by exposing an API that accepts any HTML and returns one with embedded affiliate links. I may need such functionality for a newsletter and non-WP sites.

1. Content egg is a plugin that adds full featured affiliate widgets in your website. Auto Affiliate Links is contextual, it will add links on keywords or product references. If on a page there is content that it is displayed with WordPress template functions (the_content), then it will work regardless Content egg alters that content or not.
2. Auto Affiliate Links adds links on website content, if it is using WordPress template functions. It will work on auto-generated content too. This depends on how is the content created and saved, but if the generated content behaves like content normal for posts and pages, Auto Affiliate Links will work.
3. No, it only works on WordPress websites.
