Our plugin automatically add affiliate links into website content. If the content generated by other plugins is added to the WordPress as a post or any other type of post type (post, page, custom-post type, etc), and it is displayed with basic WordPress functions (the_content which should be used in all WordPress templates), then it will work.

We also have support for many other plugins that use custom functions to display content, but they usually work on a on-demand basis. We can add support for any custom functions, unless the content is displayed in weird ways.
