Poor Customer Service

I purchased the "Auto Gmail" lifetime service, but my experience has been disappointing due to terrible customer service. I claimed my subscription with my Yahoo email and discovered that the software only allows login through Gmail. I reached out for help to transfer my subscription to my Gmail account but have received no response.

While the product itself seems promising, the lack of support is frustrating. I cannot recommend "Auto Gmail" until they improve their customer service.

Buggy, Poor Support, Paid Extra—Still Broken

The idea behind Auto Gmail is good, but it's clearly not ready for prime time.

You need to pay extra for it to scan your history and work on mobile. These options are extra:

OK, I upgraded to $14/mo hoping for a better experience. Boy was I wrong. Key Issues:

- Drafts often fail to load (~40% failure rate)
- Duplicates signature bug -- claimed fix, updated app, still broken
- CC'd our own internal addresses -- required manual backend fix
- Unresponsive support -- days between replies, needed chasing
- AI doesn't learn (as others have pointed out)

Keep in mind I paid extra for history processing. It still made basic errors. Ex: customer cancels for "back surgery," AI asks "Why are you cancelling?" Screenshot:

Have to blindly trust their security. This may be illegal in some countries / verticals.

Spent hours debugging their product, sending logs/videos.

In short, the potential is there, but the current product is unstable, support is lacking, and core features are broken or misleading. Avoid until they fix these fundamental problems. 1 star.

Never "Learned"

I installed everything and gave it time to "learn" about the responses, but it never did. I actually thought I'd be a perfect candidate for this tool, since there's a lot of repetition in my daily email workflow.

Just as an example, I'll send purchase orders to a supplier nearly every day, and they'll send me a quick email reply which is essentially their "rough draft" summary of the order. With those emails, provided everything looks good (which it always does), I then send the SAME reply. Something to the effect of "Everything looks good, thanks!"

So I allowed weeks for the app to "learn" my replies. Even after plenty of time to "learn," I'd open one of those "order confirmation" emails (worded the same as all others, with only the "order number" being a variable which changes), and the AI would come up with a very generic, almost "hallucination-like" reply that had nothing to do with anything I'd say, much anything I'd ever said in the past.

So in short, it's just not usable for me and I've had to disconnect the extension.

Highly Recommended Tool

I was initially a bit skeptical, but I decided to give it a try, and I absolutely love this tool. I had some trouble getting it to work at first, but thanks to excellent customer service, it's now working flawlessly. If you regularly send a lot of emails, this will save you significant time and effort. Give it a try!
