Q: What's going with this program

I purchased the lifetime subscription for AWZ Screen Recorder for three different email addresses, and I am unable to log in to two of them. After entering my username and password, I am asked to enter the security code sent to me by email, but the code is never sent. The resend countdown restarts every 60 seconds. Additionally, account I can log into does not reflect my lifetime deal; it shows me as having the free version.

Q: Redeeming the code question

I copied the code and entered in the box and clicked submit in the website, it says Invalid code.
But when I log in, the software changes from Free to Pro.
Once I logout, it goes back to Free.

I am confused. Did I redeem it or not?

A: The license is bound to both the account and the device. If your license is already activated on the current account and device, your account will show PRO privileges when logged in. If you log out, your account will revert to showing Free privileges.

Q: Webcam and Cursor Animations Don't Appear

I'm testing out the free version. Webcam does not appear, cursor highlight and animations don't appear either. Everything else is great. How to fix? Am I missing something? Thx

A: Please verify the operating system's privacy settings to ensure AWZ Screen Recorder is allowed to access the camera.
On Windows: Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and ensure the screen recorder has permission to access the camera. Also. Please check the mouse settings in the settings menu to ensure that the cursor effects are enabled.

Q: I would like change the License to my new PC, Not allowing to do on account
