I purchased the lifetime subscription for AWZ Screen Recorder for three different email addresses, and I am unable to log in to two of them. After entering my username and password, I am asked to enter the security code sent to me by email, but the code is never sent. The resend countdown restarts every 60 seconds. Additionally, account I can log into does not reflect my lifetime deal; it shows me as having the free version.
I copied the code and entered in the box and clicked submit in the website, it says Invalid code. But when I log in, the software changes from Free to Pro. Once I logout, it goes back to Free. I am confused. Did I redeem it or not? Thanks.
I'm testing out the free version. Webcam does not appear, cursor highlight and animations don't appear either. Everything else is great. How to fix? Am I missing something? Thx
