Q: Redeeming the code question
I copied the code and entered in the box and clicked submit in the website, it says Invalid code.
But when I log in, the software changes from Free to Pro.
Once I logout, it goes back to Free.
I am confused. Did I redeem it or not?

Feb 12, 2025A: The license is bound to both the account and the device. If your license is already activated on the current account and device, your account will show PRO privileges when logged in. If you log out, your account will revert to showing Free privileges.
