Q: How many properties can we connect to?
Let's say that I have 3 different gmails and each of them has 3 different GA4/GSC properties (so in total I manage 9 websites).
With T1, can I ask questions about all my 9 different websites after connecting my 3 different emails?
If yes, can I connect an unlimited number of accounts and only be limited by the number of questions being made per month?

Currently with a Tier 1 plan, each Backona AI login can only be linked to one Google account at a time. Within that Google account you can connect every GA4 and GSC property you have access to, so if you pick one of your Gmail accounts, you can pull data from its three properties without issue. You’re free to swap which Google account is connected at any time, but you can’t have more than one linked simultaneously.
To cover all nine websites you manage, you have a couple of options:
- Create separate Backona AI accounts for each Gmail address (each account lets you access its properties and questions under Tier 1 limits)
- Upgrade to at least a Tier 3 plan. Your main Backona AI login can then invite additional team members, and each invited member logs in with their own Google account to pull in their properties
In every case, your only remaining limit is the number of questions (messages) per month.
