While I’ve enjoyed my experience, I’ve noticed that it faces challenges when tackling more complex questions. This suggests potential for growth with the tool, especially in relation to the AI’s comprehension of complex metrics or questions about the data. Additionally, I suggest considering an increase in credits for AppSumo users, as some early-stage issues may arise that require more attempts to obtain the correct answers? I'm currently in Tier 3, and although I have 1000 credits, for now I'll need more than usual to obtain the right answers or to persuade Backona AI to provide some of the more complicated metrics that remain somewhat challenging.

I’m quite optimistic about the potential of Backona AI and am excited to see how it develops. It would be fantastic to have options for Google Looker Studio or a Chrome extension while working on dashboards or reviewing data within GA4 or Google Looker Studio and get answers from Backona AI! Hi, I just purchased Backona AI and, from my first impressions, I really like it. Integrating Google Search Console and Google Analytics worked without any issues, and the chat can now answer my questions. As a solopreneur, I have to be careful about how I spend my limited time, so I’m glad I no longer need to export and sift through Excel files to find my low-hanging fruit.

No software is perfect, so I have a few enhancement ideas:

1. Add search-volume metrics—either via an integrated service or by allowing a manual upload of search-volume and SEO-difficulty data.
2. Let me save the questions I use frequently in a “Favorites” section.
3. Build an integration with Matomo.

Keep it up, and the software will become famous. 🙂

I am very positively surprised by how well the chat understands what I need and quickly provides me with what I would probably need to create many clicks and reports. I can absolutely recommend it, and the email support was also very quick. Top Software. If the extensions like Google Ads and the API interface come, it would be ideal.
