A: Hello 112308453716167457447,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

When you export a ZIP file from BannerBoo, we already optimize it to deliver the smallest file size possible while maintaining quality and functionality. However, if you're facing specific limitations, we’d be happy to take a closer look.

Please email us to support@bannerboo.com the following:
1. The technical specifications or file size limits required by GoBrunch.
2. The ZIP file you'd like to use.

We'll review it and let you know if there's anything further we can do to reduce the size while preserving the animation and dimensions.

Looking forward to your message!

i see well the thing is it is to create a custom size html vid background and reduce it to an **10mb file size** to give the movement even a gentle slow rotation appearance in the space. FYI in general, Go Brunch recommends static images under 300kb to avoid loading issues or scrolling & For background images, a JPG image of 1920x976 pixels under 400kb is suggested.

Thank you for sharing the technical specifications — they sound quite reasonable.

Were you able to successfully export a ZIP file that meets those requirements? If not, feel free to send us to support@bannerboo.com the file or more details about the issue you're facing, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look and see how we can help optimize it for Go Brunch.
